The Lewitt LCT 440 Pure is a 1 inch true condenser studio microphone, with a cardioid polar pattern. One thing that a lot of people talk about with Lewitt microphones is how accurate the sound is. Lewitt does not bring a lot of color to their microphones, and instead they allow you to do that yourself in the box with plugins or mic pres or however else you want to color the sound. This mic is no different!

This mic is a very affordable mic at $269, but it still feels very substantial, and it is one of the least brittle sounding mics in this price range. We were impressed with the way this mic sounded on our cover!
