I met Chris this year at Summer NAMM in Nashville, TN.  We co-hosted a live Q&A at Lij Shaw’s Toy Box Studio with Lij and several others.  After meeting Chris, I learned that he is a master of using Cubase and I asked him if he would contribute to Produce Like a Pro.

Today I want to premiere Chris’ first tutorial with us, where he recreates my vocal thickening technique using Cubase.  Check out Chris’ version below and if you don’t use cubase and you’ve never seen this trick, you can watch my version here.
