FAQ Friday at Winter NAMM 2020 – Answering BIG Questions!

FAQ Friday at NAMM

Happy Friday everyone! This week we have a special edition of FAQ Friday, and are coming to you from NAMM!

We are so excited to be back at The NAMM Show! It is always a wonderful experience where we get to talk to all kinds of vendors and manufacturers and see new gear. We love seeing all the new gear these companies are coming out with, and even better to get to talk with them and ask questions about it in person!

At the first day of The NAMM Show yesterday, we went around and had to opportunity to talk to a bunch of our favorite companies. The companies we visited include: Austrian Audio, SE Electronics, JZ Microphones, Leapwing Audio, Sonarworks, BAE Audio, EVE Audio, MXL Microphones, Hugen Audio, and Izotope.

We asked each one of them the same question: “What is your most frequently asked question?” These companies get asked questions about their products all the time, so we wanted to find out some of the most common questions and learn a little more about some of the great products! We got the opportunity to learn about the DynOne 3 from Leapwing, the difference between BAE Audio’s BAE 1073 and the UK Sound 1073, we learned about Hugen Audio’s ISL and the difference between sample peak limiting and true peak limited, got some advice from MXL Microphones about starting points for someone looking into their first professional microphone, and so much more!

There is always so much to see and learn about at the NAMM Show and we are so excited to share it all with you! Watch the full video below to see each of these companies answer their most frequently asked question.
