John Kurlander really needs no introduction but, joining the Abbey Road at just the age of 16 he went on to be an assistant engineer on The Beatles Abbey Road.
We had the pleasure of visiting John during his short stay at The Village Studios’ Kali Audio Room and sitting down to discuss this career towards mixing the Lord Of The Rings soundtrack and beyond earning 3 consecutive Grammy Awards for Best Soundtrack Album and TEC awards for Best Film Sound Production.
