More about the ATLANTIS FC-387

Each Atlantis is designed to last a lifetime. Crafted in Silicon Valley, California by the Lauten Audio family!

Three different FET microphones are combined into a single, hand-finished brass housing to create the Atlantis. The Atlantis was created in close collaboration with renowned producer and mix engineer Fab Dupont. It offers a dynamic and varied wealth of sound, making it simple to select the ideal microphone for even the most challenging sources. The Atlantis offers an analogue wealth of ready-for-mix sounds in a single microphone, ranging from contemporary, tight, and brilliant to smokey old velvet.

The Atlantis signal path is filled with high resolution, low distortion polypropylene capacitors, a US-made low-noise FET, and a custom-wound output transformer that adds the finishing touches to each sound that travels through its copper windings. The outcome is a lively, smooth sound that is ready for mixing.
