Looptrotter’s SA2RATE 2 Demo & Giveaway

SA2RATE 2

I’ve had a bunch of comments asking for us to try out the Looptrotter SA2RATE 2.

So guess what we’re going to do, we’re going to try it out!

I am told this is the first production model and the first one in the US. – So it’s rather wonderful to be able to do this.

We’re going to try it out on drums, vocals, bass, and all kinds of things.

The best part is about this video is we are going to be doing a giveaway!

The package is substantial which is always a good sign.

As you know saturation is something that cannot be underestimated. It really does help bring energy to a mix, it also glues things together, it rounds off transients so things appear louder without having to use excessive amounts of compression and limiting. – It’s kinda a nifty thing, to say the least, so I’m excited to hear this.

I want to try it on a couple of things, I want to try it on the mix bus of an actual mix. What I really want to hear it on is a full-blown mixed track because so many people I know use these kinds of saturation, harmonic devices. – I’ve had great results using these kinds of devices.

In today’s video, I’ve taken a song by an artist called Lilly from our old band called Little Empire and we’re going to use the SA2RATE 2 to grit it up a little bit and add some drive.
