In 1978 Klaus Fischer self-developed digital Pitch transposer with delay, sound sampling and sequencer function was presented to a broad audience at the Tonmeistertagung in Berlin for the first time.

Due to the great success, it came to a license agreement with the Barth KG, the early 1980s where Fischer’s patent “glitch-free audio loop” found its application.
