We love a good creative tool, especially plugins that gets us feeling creative and this is exactly what today’s video is about. We are checking out the brand new Waves Harmony plugin – a “real-time vocal harmonizer playground”. Sounds fun!
For this, we are checking out the multitracks from the Pro Mix Academy course, Half A Heart by Little Empire. For $59, you can learn along with Warren as he mixes a pop/rock song from start to finish just using Waves Plugins!
What is great about Waves Harmony is you can get thicker vocals very quickly. You don’t necessarily need to use this as a full-blown harmoniser where the harmonies are up at the front along with the lead. This is a fantastic tool for anybody to get thicker vocals with a unique twist. For $39 during the introductory month, this is a steal.
We have seen Waves Audio have their really smart modulation sections cater for really great for getting a unique flavour from each and every harmony and Matt Lange and Adam Steel really take us through this part of the plugin.
