The death of one of the greatest artists of our time led us to an in-depth conversation about the importance of art\u00a0and what it means to be a true artist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Rob is telling us the story of how he recorded\u00a0Beck\u00b4s first album\u00a0<i>Mellow Gold<\/i>\u00a0on\u00a0a very minimal setup.\u00a0<i>Mellow Gold<\/i> <\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">went on to become one of the most influential albums of the 90s.
