It was a great trip and we talked to so many gear manufacturers, musicians, producers and engineers. \u00a0The second day that we attended the show we visited with Teegarden Audio, Nanologue Audio, Tape Op Magazine, Little Labs and Augspurger Speakers.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;29844&#8243; img_size=&#8221;700&#215;349&#8243; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The first stop of the morning was spend talking to Bret Teegarden of Teegarden Audio. \u00a0Bret is a recording engineer and producer that has work on multiple Dove and Grammy award winning projects over the last 27 years. \u00a0In 2013 he formed Teegarden Audio with a desire to \u00a0manufacture high quality audio electronics. \u00a0His Magic series preamps are all class &#8220;A&#8221; and are not a clone, but rather are his own unique design.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">We moved on to visit with the wonderful Larry Crane of <a href=\"http:\/\/tapeop.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Tape Op Magazine<\/span><\/a>. If you&#8217;ve never heard pf Tape Op before, stop what you&#8217;re doing and go to <a href=\"http:\/\/tapeop.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">their<\/span> <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">website<\/span><\/a> right now. \u00a0Tape Op was started in 1996 and it is a free digital magazine and \u00a0print magazine to folks that live in the U.S. It&#8217;s got a very dedicated following by folks in the recording industry including Joe Chiccarelli. \u00a0If you&#8217;re serious about recording music, you should check it out. \u00a0It&#8217;s free to subscribe and contains a wealth of knowledge within it&#8217;s pages.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;3&#8243; images=&#8221;29845&#8243; img_size=&#8221;700&#215;394&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">After that we stopped in and talked to the amazing people at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nanologaudio.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Nanolog<\/span> <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Audio<\/span><\/a>. \u00a0Nanolog are the makers of the Wavefunction Overdrive pedal, a pedal that employs the use of their Nanolog devices to create over similar to a Ge or Si clipping diode, and yet the dynamic range is greater. \u00a0It was an incredible pedal to demo, and they had a 1963 Strat and a &#8217;65 Deluxe Reverb to play through!<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;3&#8243; images=&#8221;29846&#8243; img_size=&#8221;700&#215;394&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">We then stopped by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.littlelabs.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Little Labs<\/span><\/a> booth and talked to owner Jonathon Little about his amazing headphone amplifier the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.littlelabs.com\/peppertes.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Monotor<\/span><\/a>. \u00a0The Monotor has several features that are standard on most high end headphone amps, multiple outputs for more than one headphone, gain control and the ability to listen in mono. \u00a0But what makes the Monotor unique \u00a0is its extensive mono monitoring capability: left plus right, left, right, and even left minus right, for phase check and digital compressed audio file artifact analysis.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_gallery interval=&#8221;3&#8243; images=&#8221;29847&#8243; img_size=&#8221;700&#215;394&#8243;][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Last, we visited with the lovely Dave Malekpour from <a href=\"https:\/\/augspurger.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Augspurger<\/span> <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Speakers<\/span>.<\/a>\u00a0Augspurger makes some of the nicest &#8220;main&#8221; speakers that are on the market and are in many of the most amazing studios around the world. \u00a0You can find Augspurgers in Snoop Dog&#8217;s studio, and my very good friend Bob Horn has them in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.echobarstudios.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Echobar Studios<\/span><\/a> in Hollywood, CA. \u00a0&#8220;All Augspurger systems are hand-built by master craftsmen in Hanover, MA, USA, using only the finest materials.
