I&#8217;m very honored and privileged to sit down with the wonderful <a href=\"http:\/\/tingen.org\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Paul Tingen<\/span><\/a>. \u00a0Paul is an accomplished writer with a monthly column in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.soundonsound.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Sound on Sound<\/span><\/a> as well as being a guitarist with a music degree from Goldsmiths College in London. \u00a0Paul is the author of an amazingly thorough 352 page book about Miles Davis titled &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.miles-beyond.com\/\"><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Miles Beyond<\/span><\/a>&#8221; \u00a0His book covers the &#8220;electric&#8221; period of Miles&#8217; career and contains facts and details that are not revealed anywhere else. \u00a0He took 2 and a half years to write this book, and spent nearly 16 hours daily writing it.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">I recently had the pleasure of talking with Paul via Skype and we talk about everything from his being a musician, producing and recording music and how he got into journalism.
