I would recommended doing videos for every single, they don\u2019t have to be expensive videos, but they will help you create more of an impact with fans and potential fans.<\/p>\n<p>Can you go the single route with more of a Classic <a href=\"https:\/\/producelikeapro.com\/blog\/recording-rock-royalty-rush-aerosmith-more-interview-with-richard-chycki\/\">Rock\/Singer<\/a>\/Songwriter sound?<\/p>\n<p>Of course you can, however for a lot of us when we\u2019re discovering new bands and hear a sound we like, we want to dive deeper immediately. You\u2019re not competing in a pop world where you\u2019re going up against acts like Rhianna and Justin Bieber so I think an Album or EP release strategy makes more sense in this case.<\/p>\n<p>Pop artists can have a single with one message and then follow that up with something completely different. They\u2019re hitting it out of the park with each song.<\/p>\n<p>A band on the other hand, let\u2019s say from a small town in Wisconsin, may have something to say about growing up in the midwest. For me, bands have a really strong identity. for example everybody knows the Beatles are from Liverpool!<\/p>\n<p>You can have 2 &#8211; 4 singles on an album &#8211; it\u2019s all about the song. Work towards having incredible songs. It\u2019s always about the song.<\/p>\n<p>None of what I\u2019m saying are absolutes, you can do any version of these!
