It\u2019s got extremely low \u201cself-noise\u201d which is really good. This is especially good when you\u2019re dealing with <a href=\"https:\/\/producelikeapro.com\/blog\/the-different-kinds-of-microphones-and-their-applications\/\">acoustic instruments<\/a> such as acoustic guitars that are very dynamic, you\u2019ve got to boost the signal quite dramatically on the quiet finger picking parts as opposed to the loud strumming! The last thing I want to do is compress that and turn up the quiet parts and that the \u201cSSSS\u201d sound! (Imagine air leaking out of a balloon)<\/p>\n<p>This mic would be very very good on on voices that need a little bit more presence and a little bit more low end! &#8211; It\u2019s a great mic for a voice like David\u2019s!
