She released her debut album <em>Kid Blue<\/em>\u00a0on a major label (Elektra-Asylum) when she was 19, and has gone on to release eight albums on both majors and her own independent Majority of One.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Her latest album, <em>Two Different Movies<\/em> is her tenth album, released in 2020. Her previous record was <em>All These Hellos-<\/em>\u00a0released in 2018. Louise both wrote songs for and produced an album for Carole King (on Concord) that was Grammy Nominated in 2011.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The songs &#8220;New Year\u2019s Day (ft. Billy Valentine),&#8221; &#8220;Let Me In Again,&#8221; \u201cMy Love Supreme\u201d, \u201cIs It Too Late To Hold On Tight\u201d and more are our as individual digital releases.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Louise has worked with some amazing guest musicians, including\u00a0Rufus Wainwright, Chris Difford (Squeeze), keyboardist\u00a0Benmont Tench (Tom Petty), drummer Pete Thomas (Elvis Costello),\u00a0arranger Van Dyke Parks, pedal and lap steel guitarist Greg Leisz, guitarist Ben Peeler (Shelby Lynne), and award-winning musician Billy Harvey,\u00a0who have contributed to her latest sessions. She toured with Tears for Fears,\u00a0played with Donovan,\u00a0Bryan Ferry (of Roxy Music),\u00a0has Stevie Nicks,\u00a0Don Henley and JD Souther singing on her first album, &amp; has had her songs championed by David Gilmore, Linda Ronstadst, and Michael MacDonald.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Some other fun facts: she was the youngest artist to appear on the soundtrack the Cameron Crowe\u00a0high school classic Fast Times At Ridgemont High.
