With a brand portfolio that includes Allen &amp; Heath, Calrec, DiGiCo, DiGiGrid, Group One Limited, KLANG:technologies, Solid State Logic, and Sound Devices, the transaction further enhances the groups significant presence in the professional audio creation and production markets.<\/p>\n<p>Slate Digital was co-founded in 2008 by Steven Slate and Fabrice Gabriel, with a mission to create outstanding digital audio tools for professional producers, mixers, and engineers.
