Engineer\u00a0<strong>Hugh Padgham<\/strong>, working with\u00a0<strong>Phil Collins<\/strong>\u00a0on Peter Gabriel\u2019s\u00a0<em>Melt<\/em>\u00a0album, accidentally routed the console\u2019s compressed talkback mic into the recording chain.
