No extra time.<\/p>\n<h3>\nThe Bathroom Deadline<\/h3>\n<p>The string session was scheduled for a 10:00am start. Ronson arrived early, around 9:40, and immediately ran upstairs at Trident Studios to the first floor bathroom. He locked himself in with manuscript paper and a pen and finished writing the orchestration on the spot. At around 10:15, he emerged carrying a stack of freshly completed pages and handed them straight to the waiting musicians.
