Blackbird Studios is one of, if not THE, most well equipped Studios in the World! If there’s a classic piece of recording gear they have it! Their collection is incredible! Any Neve, API, Fairchild, Neumann, RCA you can think of they have not only one but multiples of! PLUS, every guitar Amp, drum kit, guitar, bass, keyboard, you name it, they have it!
This year we did a Produce Like A Pro MasterClass at Blackbird Studios for our Academy members. It was amazing! For three days we recorded a song with some of the best musicians in Nashville using some of the best equipment ever made!

We also recorded with home recording equipment simultaneously so everyone was able to see the effects of what a great player, great room and great song brings!
The owner of Blackbird Studio is John McBride. John came and spoke to our Academy Members. He was funny, candid and shared with us his story of hard work and dedication, it was incredibly inspirational!
